“Keep it Simple” is my guiding principle for effective governance and practical leadership.

I have no political agenda other than to serve the residents of Laguna Hills. I am driven by my Guiding Principles focused on community roots, public service, and commitment to the people who make up our community..

Engaging with our community is essential. Serving 4 plus terms as Traffic Commissioner and Chairman, I have spent countless hours listening to residents' concerns, understanding their needs, and working to find solutions, especially safety due to parking issues.

I have a proven record in protecting and increasing your property values.

    • My family has lived in Laguna Hills since 1980.

    • I became a proud Laguna Hills homeowner in 2007.

    • My wife and daughter attended Valencia Elementary and Laguna Hills High School.

    • Four + terms appointed for the Laguna Hills Traffic Commission & Chairman.

    • Current President of my community’s HOA.

    • Served on 3 different HOA boards in southern Orange County. Proven results in beautification of the neighborhood and increased property values.

    • Past board member of the Lumber Association.

    • All my public service has been volunteer.
